Shopping on RC Command
Shopping with us on RC Command is easy. Simply add your selection to your
shopping cart by using
the Add To Cart buttons next to each item. Then, if you'd like to select a
few different items, simply click the
Continue Shopping button or use the "back" arrow on your browser.
Either way will keep your selections
in your cart while you continue to shop.
You'll be presented with a couple of different options to pay for your order
when checking out. If you prefer to pay with your
credit card without going through PayPal, follow these simple steps...
1. when you're finished withyour shopping, simply click the Proceed To Checkout
button
2. fill in the required fields, click Submit Order button
3. you will be presented with the Payment Option screen.

Returns
We can only accept returns in the event that merchandise is damaged in transit and we receive immediate notification of the damage. Customer is not to return the item to us until directed to do so by RC Command. We will also honor a warranty period of 10 days that covers any manufacturer's defects. Refer to Sales Policies for further information. There is no warranty on electronic components/parts.
Sales Policies
All sales are final. All items carry a 10 day warranty unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. No returns or exchange after 10 days of receipt will be honored. Returns must be postmarked before the 10 days of receipt to be valid. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. All returned equipment must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment, which can be obtained by email request. Email must state reason for return and must be in original packaging and include all manuals, wires, fittings and accessories. To be accepted, all returned products must be accompanied by copy of entire, original email from customer and reply from RC Command, which will include the RMA number. A copy of the internet sales receipt must also be included. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns will not be honored. RC Command will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells.
